Added Next Step Column to Event Dashboard
In our continuing effort to make responding to requests for quotes in Arkestro faster and more intuitive, we've added a Next Steps column to your Event Dashboard.
Next Step Column
This information let's you quickly identify what your next action should be in an event, and when it is due.
Next Step | Meaning |
Upload required documents | The procuring organization is requiring one or more documents from you, and they must be uploaded before you can participate in the event.
There may be document requests that are not required, so you should always review the Documents tab, even if not prompted here. |
Complete survey questions | The procuring organization has posted one or more supplier survey questions that require a response from you, and you must answer before you can participate in the event.
There may be supplier survey questions that are not required, so you should always review the Survey tab, even if not prompted here. |
Submit quote | You are able to review and submit a quote for this event. |
You're all caught up for now | You have completed any current available actions, or the next action is not coming due. |
Awaiting [Procuring Org Name] | You completed an action that requires a response from the procuring organization, such as uploaded a document that requires their approval.
You cannot participate in the event until they respond. |
Awaiting award decision | The event has ended, and the procuring organization is reviewing submissions. |
The event has concluded | The event has ended. |
The event has been closed | The procuring organization has ended the event early. |

Updated Event Dashboard
Arkestro is in the process of updating your Event Dashboard, making it easier for you to scan your current and past events and quickly identify next steps.
We've improved the Dashboard filters so they now persist with your last search, event after navigating away.
We've added a Next Round Close column so you quickly find which quote is coming due soonest.
We've added a Latest Quote column to help you search for the events with the biggest potential wins or the lowest effort wins.
This is the first release for the new, more helpful Event Dashboard. Stay tuned for more improvements in the near future!

Updated our in-app messaging
Overall redesign to make in-app messaging match the look and behavior of many other messaging platforms.
Now more intuitively organized and searchable by event name and number, rather than organized by event status.
An unread messages notation and filter has been added to the Messages Dashboard so you can quickly scan or filter for which event has new messages.
The unread messages dot on the left nav > MESSAGES now includes a counter for all unread messages
